SHIPPING:
We ship with USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce and DHL Express.
All orders with free standard shipping will be processed and shipped in the order they were received, generally within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed with priority or expedited shipping method after 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed and shipped from our NYC warehouse the NEXT business day. Priority and expedited orders placed before 12 noon will be processed and shipped the same day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Please note the estimated arrival date on the check out page.
Available shipping methods and speed can vary by destination and those options will be shown during the check out process for the customer to choose the best suitable. Delivery dates are estimates, sometimes delays occur due to possible weather related or carrier operational delays. Breedwell is not responsible for carrier caused delays.
We are based in the US. For all international orders (outside of the United States), duties and taxes if any, are the customer's responsibility and will be applied and collected at checkout. We are required to label our international shipments accurately and cannot adjust product pricing on invoices upon request. These charges are set by your local government, and we have no control over them. There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES collected upon delivery. We cannot offer exchanges for international customers. In case of returns, duties, taxes and shipping charges paid are not refundable.
All customers can return unused, unworn items, still in the original packaging with the tags attached within 30 days of delivery. No returns/exchanges of underwear, swimwear (by New York State Law in which state Breedwell is located), sale and clearance items. Shipping fees, taxes and duties paid are NOT REFUNDABLE. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
