DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order from Breedwell for any reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@breedwellgear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer's responsible for return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please return the item(s) in original condition, unworn/unwashed/tags attached, for refund/store credit within 30 days of receipt. Items with tags removed will not be approved for refund.

All orders that included a Free Gift promo with Purchase must include the gift item with the return if the value of the returned products disqualifies the order from the promotion. If it is not included with return, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund/credit amount.

Any value based discounts received and disqualified by the return will be deducted from the refund/store credit amount. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for free shipping.)

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method or store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
NO returns/exchanges on underwear, swimwear and final sale items.
