SHIPPING:
We ship with USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce and DHL Express.
Available shipping methods and speed vary by destination and they will be shown during check out for customer to choose best suitable. Delivery dates are estimates, sometimes delays occur due to possible weather related or carrier operational delays.
We are based in the US. For all international orders (outside of the United States), duties and taxes if any, are the customer's responsibility and will be applied and collected at checkout. We are required to label our international shipments accurately and cannot adjust product pricing on invoices upon request. These charges are set by your local government, and we have no control over them. There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES collected upon delivery, they all are paid at check out.
All orders with free standard shipping will be processed and shipped in the order they were received, generally within 2-3 business days.
All orders with priority or any expedited shipping methods will be processed and shipped from our NYC warehouse the NEXT business day (Eastern Standard Time). Our warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Please note estimated arrival date on check out page.
