We ship with USPS, UPS and DHL .
Available shipping methods vary by destination.
We are based in the the US. Most countries charge customs and taxes, which are out of our control. Our pricing and shipping rates do not include these fees. In most countries courier company will collect them before or upon delivery. Please check with your local authorities if taxes and/or duties are payable for you to receive your package.
All orders with free standard shipping will be processed and shipped in the order they were received, generally within 1-3 business days.
All orders with priority or express shipping methods, if placed before 12pm EST will be processed and shipped from our NY warehouse the same business day. If received after 12pm EST, they will ship the next business day.
When choosing UPS Next Day Air or AirSaver or 2ND Day Air, please keep in mind: orders placed after Thursday 12pm EST will ship on Friday but only arrive following week. No weekend delivery. Orders placed Friday after 12pm will only ship Monday.
