DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order from Breedwell for any reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@breedwellgear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please return the item(s) in original condition, unworn/unwashed/tags attached, for an exchange or refund within 30 days.  Items with tags removed will not be approved for credit or exchange.
All orders that include a promotional Gift with Purchase must include the gift item with the return if the value of the returning products disqualifies the order from the promotion. If the free gift is not included with return, the value of the gift will be deducted from the return amount. 
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, less shipping fees. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
